Hi, I cannot upload premium as a plugin, it just gives me an error page. New site, have done this many times and it just won’t work. Help!

    Hi there,

    What’s the exact error message?

Installed theme, added to your site in management, Downloaded gp-premium 1.6.2, went to plugins, uploaded file, it goes to a page on the website that is a 404
Oops! That page can’t be found.
It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try searching?

I have done this install many times before and this time it won’t work. I even paid extra to my host (alot extra) for more MB in case it was that.

That sounds like a permalinks issue, which is likely being caused by your host.

You shouldn’t need more memory (MB), you just need the URLs working correctly. If you show them that something as simple as uploading a plugin is causing a 404, they should be able to fix it.

    Let me know 🙂
