CAN'T UPLOAD PLUGIN

Can't copy plugin to my server. I was uploading it as a zip file as a plug-in. I"ve already installed the them.
Here's what I get
Installing Plugin from uploaded file: gp-premium-1.4.3(1).zip
Unpacking the package…
Could not copy file. gp-premium/langs/secondary-nav/secondary-nav-pl_PL.mo
I tried installing on another server and it worked, even though the theme was not present.
