I’m start using GP and I got a little problem. I can’t upload images like logo, header… The “select image” button just don’t work.
I’m using WordPress v.4.7.4, GP 1.3.46 and GP Premium 1.2.96
Thanks in advance!May 3, 2017 at 8:53 am #313453LeoStaffCustomer Support
Can you first try #1 on this page?

I actually ran into this on a site my wife is making. It’s a WordPress bug: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/40207
There’s a plugin fix in that ticket (needs to be manually uploaded), or you can just go to “Media > Add New” and drag your files in to upload them.May 3, 2017 at 1:29 pm #313554Adrian
Thank you Leo and Tom for such quick response.
Maybe I didn’t explain myself well, sorry. I can upload images in the dashboard, but not in the customisation mode.
Anyway, I downloaded the plugin, installed and clean browser… but I still have the same problem. In fact, I realised that the customisation doesn’t work properly. Is not just that I can’t use the ‘select image’ buttons when I try to customize…
For example, I try to change the layout to show separate contents, I save and publish. But nothing happens “in the real blog”. I see the change in the customisation panel but if I reload that page (or if I open a new window to see how the blog looks) the changes aren’t there.
Sorry for bothering you…May 3, 2017 at 1:39 pm #313557LeoStaffCustomer SupportMay 3, 2017 at 1:56 pm #313559Adrian
Thank you. I have WP Supercache installed but deactivated, as all the other plugins. The only one that is active is GP Premium.
My site is adrianmayor.com
Thank you again!May 3, 2017 at 1:59 pm #313560LeoStaffCustomer Support
The changes still don’t save even if the cache plugin deactivated? I think that’s very likely the problem.
Can you try activate the plugin, clear the plugin cache, then try to make changes again? Thanks!May 3, 2017 at 3:17 pm #313568Adrian
No changes. I activated the plugin, cleaned cache… Still doesn’t workMay 3, 2017 at 7:34 pm #313613TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperMay 4, 2017 at 6:38 am #313848Adrian
