Cant update

When i try to update the theme, it shows that "cannot remove old theme and update" or "unauthorized, and after trying it crashes the site. What could be doing that?
Now the site is ok, but if i try to update it goes like this -> https://pasteboard.co/II208P2.png

Hi, i can update plugin, but not theme. Plugin is updated but now tryid to update theme it crashed again.
Are you updating the theme through the dashboard area?
Are getting any error codes?
Yes, trough dashboard, it says "old theme cannot be removed".
I have one custom.php-file, could that be in conflict with theme?
It could be.
Can you remove that temporarily?
You can always just do a manual update by removing the theme and reupload the new version.
All your settings will be saved.

Manually updating does the same reaction. Page goes down.
But ill guess ill try searching fault in that custom.php file there is..
