    I can you send me the IP address up your update process, so I can WHITELIST it in WordFence?

    Hi there,

    Are you getting a specific error when trying to update or activate your license key? Haven’t received any reports of issues with WordFence.

    Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

    GP Premium key worked for long time, at this recent update it stopped working.

    I read somewhere here about firewalls blocking the process, So I asked for the ip so I could whitelist/unblocked IP on Wordfence or my router.

    GP Premium belongs to Steve Gonzales, Oregon who bought off my resell link.

    I deactivated, whitelisted 104.236.212.100 in WordFence, then reactivated, then got:

    The little help icon links to it above the license key, but some better error messages when things don’t work would definitely help.

    Fantastic Tom on sales! At 60 I’ll never be a big seller of anything anymore, my prime days circa CSS2 Html4, Xhtml are long gone. But I’ve settled on using your theme for future work when it comes, and will insist customers buy your theme.
    Note on usability: I never thought your funny colored button was more than a “funny colored button”, never knew it could be clicked. So it pays to not assume ppl think like you do. Which is what usability is all about. And I’ve been on the web circa 1987, BEFORE most, long before it was pervasive.

    I’ve been noticing some newer plugin page profiles that allow an ENTIRE right column for information. Im suggesting you put ALL that data there. For your customers, for you, to lessen support work.
    And get rid of meaningless button for one ppl are more apt to comprende. like:

    1. Your not using the “View details” feature on your premium plugin. If you did, you could put LOTS of helpful info there.
