Can't Surpress Hamburger Menu on Mobile

I've tried to remove the hamburger menu that displays on the Coming Soon (temp home) page. It displays only on mobile phones. There are no headers or footers on this page, and I've also unchecked the "use mobile menu' in the customizer and added every CSS option I can find.
