[Support request] Can't select background image (or other image)

Hello!
I have the same problem as another user. The version I use is GeneratePress: 1.3.40. and the add-ons is version 1.2.69.

“When I click on the background images upload button, nothing happens.”

Do you have any suggestions for figuring out what the issue may be?
