Can't select and use pre built templates

Hi Team,

I want to try out pre built templates by GP. I have GP premium.

So from the dashboard I go to Appearance --> GeneratePress --> Site Library. Then I come to a collection of templates.

But the problem is when I click on 1 of the templates I cannot select it, nothing happens. Please help.

Can you share a recording of what happens when you click things on the UI?

When you click an item on the site library, it should bring you to the site library importation UI which looks something like this - https://share.getcloudapp.com/RBuEqbod

Can you access the UI when you click a site library template?

Hi there,

can you go to the Site Library, and Right Click > Inspect the page to open the Browser > Developers Tools. Are there any Errors in the Console Tab, make sure to click a couple of the sites to see if more errors are generated.

Hi there,

None of those are errors - just some notices.

Just to confirm, can you check the Console after clicking on one of the sites (where nothing happens)? Are there any red errors?

If not, can you try a different browser?

From this video it seems like there is no error in the console page.

I am using edge. I have also gotten the same results in chrome.

Can you try opening the site in an Incognito/Private Browser so we can eliminate browser caches/cookies/extensions as an issue ?

Hi David,

I have tried to select a theme in both chrome- Incognito and edge- inPrivate. But I still cannot select any themes.

Would you be willing to provide us with a temporary admin login to the site so we can take a closer look?

I've checked the site and I see you're using an older version of GP Premium.

Can you try updating to the newest version and try again?
