Can't seem to work out how to register the Mobile Menu

There's a message in my menu settings that says: "Your theme supports 2 menus. Select which menu appears in each location."

So that means that I need to activate the "Menu Plus" in the GP Premium?

I tried to activate that feature but it didn't fix it my issue though...

What I am trying to do is make the mobile menu work.
