Cant make the header sticky and the "More" Button not working

Hi,
I changed the layout of the header, from the logo within the header/nav to center above navigation menu and I can't seem to make the header sticky anymore either on mobile or desktop.
Also when you click the "More" button at the end of the homepage, it doesn't load more posts.
I want auto-loading without the button.
Hi there,
can you try disabling other plugins to see if one of them is creating a conflict.
