Thanks
Carl

November 26, 2019 at 11:00 am #1078404TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
I assume they made changes to the theme files.
What I would do:
1. Login to your hosting File Manager
2. Remove thegeneratepress
folder inwp-content/themes
3. Login to your site and re-install GeneratePressLet me know if that helps or not 🙂
November 26, 2019 at 2:25 pm #1078681CarlWhat will happen with all the settings I have done in GP if I remove the folder? Can I replace those files after installing GP?
November 26, 2019 at 3:00 pm #1078702LeoStaffCustomer SupportThe settings are in the database so it will be restored once you reinstall and activate the theme.
December 1, 2019 at 8:00 am #1087977CarlIt worked fine to delete the theme files and install generatepress again. All the settings was as before as Leo said. Thank you very much for the help.
