Can't increase font size for mobile

I've increased the font size for the body through the customizer but it only works on desktop, and no change on mobile. I've read here on the forum that it may be due to the font CSS of the shortcodes ultimate plugin, so I've deleted that line from the shortcodes ultimate settings, but still no change in mobile. How can I solve this?

Hi there,
whilst in the customizer, if you switch to the Mobile preview and change the body font size, does that work?
