[Resolved] cant get sidebar to show

Hi,

Cant get left sidebar to show. I have adjusted in element -> layout -> “sidebar – content” and to show up this certain page.

+ i have put to that page layout to sidebar – content. No use.

What am i doing wrong?

I believe you meant Layout Element? Can you check if the display rule is correctly including the page you want the sidebar settings to apply?

If its correct, can you check for other layout elements if any of them have overlaps in display rule?

Example overlap in display rule would be:

If Layout Element #1 has display rule of “Entire Site” and Layout Element #2 has display rule of “Page – materiaalipankki”, Layout Element #2 won’t work if Layout Element #1 doesn’t exclude “Page – materiaalipankki” on its display rule exclusion list.

I tryid to see overlapping but cant see. Theres only 2 layout elements.

Hi Tarko,

I can’t login with the link you provided, it leads me to a 404 page, could you confirm?

Have you checked page editor > layout > sidebar layout?

You are using sections to build this page, pages that use Sections disable the sidebars by default as Sections were designed as a basic page builder.
