Can't get left sidebar in shop

I'm a long time user of GP, so I know the settings to show a left sidebar on the Woocommerce shop page.
For some reason however, it doesn't seem to work. We are not using sections. I also tried to disable related plugins.

Yes, the sidebar layout is on 'sidebar / content', the setting on the page itself is 'default'.

On other pages it's working just fine by the way. See private area.
That's strange. The code is still showing that no sidebar is selected for the shop page.
Any caching plugins or server caching?
If not can you provide the dashboard access for us to take a look?
Please disable all plugins except WooCommerce and GP Premium.

I believe this layout element is causing the issue as it's overwriting the customizer setting:

I don't believe this layout element is actually needed as everything can be handled in the customizer.
