Can't get GeneratePress working

Hi
I've installed GeneratePress and according to the documentation, the next step is to "navigate to “Appearance > GeneratePress” and activate the individual modules you wish to use on your site"
But when I go to Appearance, I can't see GeneratePRess anywhere.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times but still not working.
Bought the theme in March, tried then, didn't work, got too busy, now got back and tried again, still didn't work.
If you've previously encountered a similar problem, please help, thanks alot.
Also I've deactivated all other plugins and still can't see GeneratePress on the Appearance menu.

there are two parts here, Part one is the Free Theme that must be installed - see here:

then Part Two is to install the GP Premium Plugin:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/installing-gp-premium/
Once the theme is installed and activated and the plugin is installed and activated you will see those missing options.

Thank you, I didn't know I need to install the free theme first.
