Can't enter license key

I just made a payment. If you type the keyboard to enter the license key, the input box disappears. I keep getting this error and I can't enter the license key.

There is no specific error notification.All themes have been deleted except for GeneratePress. Only one plug-in activation is GP Premium.Even though the hosting company directly helped me to fix anything in Site Health, it disappears when I enter the license key and press the button even once. So I've been looking for a solution in front of the computer for 3 hours, despite purchasing a license key. help me it's hard

Can you right click and inspect when you try to enter your license key. Go to console and check if there’s an error.
Let us know if there is. If there isn’t can you try re-installing GP Premium?
