Cant edit the secondary navigation in CAPITAL theme

Hello,
I have imported the CAPITAL theme for my site and edited many things. However, neither I can edit nor delete the secondary navigation (location,investors,resources,contact).
How can I edit the same?
Please help.

in Appearance > Elements ( or from the Admin Bar -> Elements ) - edit the Element titled: Top bar
