Can't Edit Menu

Hey Tom,
I can't seem to edit the menu.
If I go into the default menu editor and change the setup nothing actually changes, it just shows every page I have active.
Help?

Hi there,
Make sure you set the theme location as the Primary menu or it won't use the set menu.
