Can't edit footer menu? And publishing date not showing on posts?

I gave two sites in the private information to show examples. The first one I can't edit the footer and don't know where to add the footer menu. The second site shows the footer and I can edit the footer.
For the second site I go to customize and I can go on the site's preview and scroll all the way down and click the circle blue edit button. But on the first site the blue edit icon doesn't show up.
Also, for the second site the publishing date is not showing. I even have the "Display post date" checked in the customize section.
Hi there,
The footer menu of the first site is added as a menu widget in the footer bar widget area:

Let me know if this helps :)
Thank you, that worked out. What about the date published? I must be missing something like the footer. I can't seem to get the publishing date to show even though I have it checked off in the box under Customizing > Layout > Blog
I do see the published date here?

For the second site I don't see it. I'm using the same theme for both sites, but the second site I used the Split template then switched to this one. So I'm not sure what happened for it to change up. I attached the second site again in the private information.
Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium to test?
I just deactivated all plugins except for the GP Premium. Still see no changes. Anything else you can think of? I currently have all plugins disabled until you look at it, not sure if it will help you out.
I appreciate the support
I actually think I just solved it. I went into General settings and the date was set at Custom for some reason. So I selected an option and now it works. I wonder why it changed after I changed theme templates?
GP doesn't have the ability to change those settings for you.
Glad you've figured out :)
