Cant create transparent header with new page header option is elements

Hi, I am attempting to create a transparent header but since the change from page headers to elements it wont work for me and i've followed all the steps you guys put. Can you please fix this
Hi there,
i can see the header-wrap element in your sites HTML, which means you have a Merged Header Element enabled. But you have no GP Site Header or Navigation - so the merged header is empty.
If you can re-enable the GP site header then we can take a look at any other issues.
