Can't create Container blocks

Hello,
I just created a new website with GeneratePress Premium.
I am trying to create Container blocks but they are not available on the list of blocks.
I enabled Elements module, and Sections and Disabled Elements modules are disabled.
I am running on PHP 7.4 version (also tried to switch to 8.0).
What can be the problem with my Generate-Blocks ?
