Can't convert html to blocks

Hi - Normally when editing a post I can hit the convert HTML to blocks button and it works fine. Not anymore. Please advise.

This could be due to various reasons but the theme itself is unlikely one of them.
Were you getting any errors when trying to convert?
Do you get the same issue when activating a Twenty series WP theme to test?

No error message, just does nothing. I just tried with the 2021 theme and the same issue so you're right that it is not the theme.

I would recommend disabling all plugins to test if there is a conflict somewhere.
