Can't change the background color of the site

What about Colors > Body > Background?

That's probably the reason I can't find it, but I don't understand how it's not there.

That's really weird. Are you using the most recent version of theme too?

We are on 1.4

I downloaded the theme from inside the wordpress dashboard yesterday and bought the pro version yesterday as well, so the theme is 1 day old. Checked, it's version 1.4

Can there be any plugins which somehow prevent it from being there?
