Can't change link and link hover color

It works when in preview but the colors are still the same on the live site
could you check what's causing this?

Yes, we can check. For reference, can you point us to the specific links you're trying to alter?

I see. Try changing the "Archive Content Title" in Appearance > Customize > Colors > Content.
