[Resolved] Cant change background color in footer element

Hi, I cant seem to update the changes made to my background colour in the footer element for all pages. The footer element changes appear in all posts but not in pages. Ive checked the display rules to entire site. Please advice. Thank you.

Seems I can see the changes in mobile view (green background), but not on desktop (black background).

Ok – so the footer for me is the same on Desktop and Mobile ( Green background ).

Can you clear the browser caches or open the site in a private browser to check ?
