I added IBM Plex Serif to my fonts, however when I try and make the body text bold it doesn’t get applied.
Any ideas how I can do this? Many thanks.

Hmm the code for the body tag is showing that
font-weight: 400;is applied:
Is that not what you customizer setting is?
Is it working in customizer preview?December 4, 2019 at 3:50 pm #1093793Robin
No, customizer says ‘normal’, see https://www.screencast.com/t/x4MvPrIxhSxA

Nope, what I meant was that when I bold words or sentences, they don’t show bold, just normal, see https://www.screencast.com/t/vnEZ8BOFDecember 4, 2019 at 4:54 pm #1093832LeoStaffCustomer SupportDecember 4, 2019 at 11:01 pm #1094065Robin
How weird. I don’t see it in Chrome browser but do using Safari and Firefox.

Following up on this. I now actually need the font to bold when I use
See the first paragraph here – https://www.foragingcourses.com/
Although in other browsers the bold words show up, they still don’t in Chrome.
Yet this guy uses the same font and his bold words show up in chrome, see https://tinylittlebusinesses.com/products/autoresponder-madness/v2/.
If someone could help me out I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

What happens if you use the Filter Tom provides here:
If the varient list then displays we can see check whether the 700 varient is available for Chrome to use in the Customizer Preview.December 12, 2019 at 12:26 pm #1102533Robin
