Any ideas how I can do this? Many thanks. Robin December 4, 2019 at 10:50 am #1093530 LeoStaff Customer Support Hi there, Can you clear and disable your caching plugin first? Please always do this when posting a topic here. Thanks! December 4, 2019 at 2:40 pm #1093762 Robin Hi Leo I’ve disabled my cache plugin now. TIA, Robin December 4, 2019 at 3:23 pm #1093780 LeoStaff Customer Support Hmm the code for the body tag is showing that font-weight: 400; is applied: https://www.screencast.com/t/g7GE4A3r Is that not what you customizer setting is? Is it working in customizer preview? December 4, 2019 at 3:50 pm #1093793 Robin No, customizer says ‘normal’, see https://www.screencast.com/t/x4MvPrIxhSxA Any ideas? December 4, 2019 at 3:53 pm #1093794 LeoStaff Customer Support Normal usually means 400. What happens if you change it to 700? Aren’t you trying to make it bold? December 4, 2019 at 3:57 pm #1093795 Robin Nope, what I meant was that when I bold words or sentences, they don’t show bold, just normal, see https://www.screencast.com/t/vnEZ8BOF December 4, 2019 at 4:54 pm #1093832 LeoStaff Customer Support This is what I’m seeing: https://www.screencast.com/t/XpptDNzpnl4P December 4, 2019 at 11:01 pm #1094065 Robin How weird. I don’t see it in Chrome browser but do using Safari and Firefox. Hey-ho, not a lot I can do expect change font. Cheers, Leo. December 5, 2019 at 8:50 am #1094771 LeoStaff Customer Support No problem 🙂 December 12, 2019 at 7:57 am #1102283 Robin Following up on this. I now actually need the font to bold when I use <strong>xxx</strong>. See the first paragraph here – https://www.foragingcourses.com/ Although in other browsers the bold words show up, they still don’t in Chrome. Yet this guy uses the same font and his bold words show up in chrome, see https://tinylittlebusinesses.com/products/autoresponder-madness/v2/. If someone could help me out I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks. December 12, 2019 at 12:26 pm #1102533 Robin Wonderful David. That worked. Thanks so much. Appreciated.
