Can't add to wordpress through site ground

I am transferring from wordpress.com to site ground as my host. I have purchased Generate Press premium and want to up load it to site ground. I have followed the instructions but when you get to step 3 it says there is a place to add a theme and I don't have that option. I have searched for Generate Press but nothing comes up.
