[Support request] Can’t Add Dynamic Image and Content

When I try to add Dynamic Image or Dynamic content I received this message: Your site doesn’t include support for the “generatepress/dynamic-image” block. You can leave this block intact or remove it entirely.

I can’t even see Dynamic Image or Dynamic Content element.

I use GP Premium installed, what is the cause of this?

Are you in the block element editor?

Please be noted that the 2 blocks only exist in GP’s block element editor, you won’t find them in page/posts editor.

I had exactly this problem with some elements I’d built to show a blog gallery. Spent an hour trying to track down the issue before realising that the subscription to GP Premium had not renewed ;-).

So if you arrive here from Googling : “Your site doesn’t include support for the “generatepress/dynamic-image” block. You can leave this block intact or remove it entirely.” then check your license renewal first…..
