Can't access menu on mobile

Hello,
I was never able to access my menu from my mobile device. When I click on the menu, I see an empty page with an X on it.
What can I do to make it work?

Have you assigned a menu to the off canvas panel?

Thank you so much! That really helped.
Now I have another issue: when I look at this page on mobile, the images with the woman are both severely cropped.
How can I make them look good?
