Can't access Customize section

Hi,

I can't access Customize section on WordPress Dashboard: Appearance > Customize

When I try to get into Customize section there is only blank page and in address bar the following URL will appears: http://www.musaahmad.com/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fwp-admin%2Fthemes.php

Please help me figure out that problem.

1. Make sure you're using the latest version of WordPress (4.6.1).
2. Make sure you're using the latest GP (1.3.40) and GP Premium (1.2.91).

If all of the above checks out:

4. Try increasing your PHP memory limit: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/increasing-memory-limit/

When I Deactivate GP Premium plugin, I will be able to access Customize section. I have update the latest GP Premium. but still not working.

Did you try the other steps? What version of GP Premium? What version of GeneratePress?

Now I can access the Customize section, because I have removed the old theme and upload the new one. I done it manually because I can't update it directly from dashboard.
