[Support request] Cannot reorder mobile header

I have tried everything, all the coding I found in the forum and on the ‘how to center the logo in mobile header’ page but nothing seems to affect the layout. Not the slightest change happens to it. How is this even possible? I want the logo in the middle, search on the left, hamburger menu on the right.
I cannot even add a shadow under the mobile header. Seems like no CSS can be used to get anything done with it. I work with the additional CSS codes perfectly in computer view.
Is there a problem with my GP settings? Latest version… so I just cannot get my head around it.
