Cannot remove sidebar

Dear Sir/Madam,
Refer to screenshot from private information, I did set the sidebar to no sidebar from layout customize and page, don't know why the side is still showed. What did I do wrong?

Woocommerce shop page layout needs to be set at customizer > layout > Woocommerce:

In order to see all the options, the Woocommerce module needs to be activated at Appearance > GeneratePress.

Thanks for your reply, it fixed but I do remember there is no sidebar for the shop page before I activate GP Premium Woocommerce module, other than this, what other parts will affect this?

Sidebar options can also be changed in a layout element.
You can go to appearance > elements to see if there’s a layout element which has product archive as location.
But if the customizer option works, I would assume there’s no layout element for this, since layout element usually can override customizer options.
