cannot remove menu on blog page

hi there, i am unable to remove a menu that is populating on my blog page. it's peculiar because it is just populating all of my site pages and displaying them as a menu when I never created a menu for all of those pages. I attempted to use the disbaling feature within the elements and these weird menu will not go away. i attempted several things and need your help at this point.
