Cannot Remove Header from Bold Theme

No matter how hard I try, I can't remove a large white header area from the Bold theme. Disable Elements doesn't do it. I have setup the following hidden page as an example: https://hometownvaluespac.org/about/ See the large, ugly "About" area.

in Appearance > Elements you will see several Header elements that were left over from the last Site you installed - delete them.
