Cannot install upload

I have tried multiple times and have erased cache but I keep getting the following message:
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Could not create directory. /home2/wilsonca/mysavingplace.com/wp-content/plugins/gp-premium/
Plugin installation failed.
What is causing this and what do I do?
