[Resolved] cannot get smooth scroll to work

Issue: smooth scroll not being smooth

I have my smooth scroll set up done correctly with my custom links and hashtags, and it will snap to position but not smoothly scroll to it. Kindly assist me with troubleshooting. On my visible menu, the two things I want smooth scroll for are “How It Works” and “Why Sell To Us”.

Additional CSS class in each block: smooth-scroll

What am I missing to make the scroll smooth? Can’t figure it out! I used to be able to get this to work properly.
