cannot find custom attributes

if i want to add a data-attribute or a value in the cannot find custom attributes place in the settings i cant find
Hi there,
where are you wanting to add the data-attribute if its in a block then you require GenerateBlocks Pro, and then you will find it in the GB Blocks -> Advanced panel.
