cannot edit Elements

I'm trying to fix a problem I'm having on smaller screens. I added custom css to stop the double menu from appearing on attachment pages.
But when I go to edit the element I set up for the attachment pages, I cannot. I cannot access any of the editing functions on any of my Elements.
Please advise!

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

Was a problem with Essential Grid, solved for now-- until I'm ready to dive in again-- with another plugin, jQuery migrate helper.
So for now, resolved.
