Cannot download GP on new site

Hi,

I'm setting up a second site today and tried to download Generatepress and GP Premium plugin, but the search doesn't find either, Generate Blocks and other GP addons no problem.

So I installed an old GP Premium 10.0 zip but that said I didn't have permission to install and no opportunity to paste in the licence key?

Follow these steps 1:

1. Install the Theme:
