cannot change link color in post content

Actually, having a closer look, I don't believe that Content Template for a single post is needed.
Can you remove that?

Looks like that Content Template is added by you as it's not in the original install:

If you need to use a Content template there then you would need to set the Link color for the container:

The content template is supposed to overwrite the customizer setting as that's the whole purpose.
