[Resolved] Cannot change featured image in posts

Hello,

Paco here from Spain. After updating to the new version I am facing a strange issue… Featured images in posts cannot be changed (or set in a new post created from scratch). Hopefuly this is a problem in my side and not related with the theme. If so, sorry.

Also, after pressing the link “delete featured image” the side bar doesn’t scroll. Only the main part of the dashboard. But the image is not deleted. Then I can click on the image to replace it, but even if I select a new image it will never be changed. Really weird…

Does anybody have any idea what could be happening? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

We haven’t had this issue reported so suspect it’s a plugin conflict.

Can you try #1 here? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/

Thanks for your kind response. Helpful as always. I followed your suggestion and found the problem when activating a plugin. Just for reference in case this is useful for somebody else, here you have the plugin that causes the problem:
