[Support request] Cannot apply fonts to “Sidebar Titles”

Hello,

in the customizer I have “Widget Titles” to the Typography Manager, but changes made to the font-family, weight etc. do not apply.

Any idea why and how to fix this?

Can you provide admin login credentials so we can take a closer look at why it’s not working?
