[Support request] Cannot activate my key or do any other operation

Hi,
I cannot activate my key or do any other operation from the GeneratePress Configuration page.
My host support checked all possible options and found no issues with communication between the host
server and your server.
I get this error message:

[HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden 394ms]

Please advise,
I have already spent several days on this issue.

I already tried it.
I created a PHP plugin as suggested.
Should I run it? because currently I see it in the list of plugins, but the only option I have is to Deactivate it.

Maybe my server IP is blocked by your system for incoming connections?

Can you try adding the PHP snippet through the plugin Code Snippets instead? See: https://wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/

If that doesn’t work, we’ll check if your IP is blocked.
