    I’ve two websites.
    On one I have active modules.
    On the second one activating modules does not work, after pressing activation cursor keeps spinning

    Hi there,

    can you try regenerating the Permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking Save changes.
    Then retry activating the modules.

    Let me know.

    If you Right Click > Inspect the page to open the Browser developers tools, then try activating a module, in the Dev Tools > Console tab, are there any errors ?

    Hi David,
    Went to the hosting provider page and deleted some other plugins, don’t ask me how but I can now activate.
