Can you recommend a Table of Contents plugin for Mellow theme?

Hi there,

I'm hoping to use Table of Contents on my posts. Currently I'm thinking of having it on the left sidebar of the screen (haven't set up any sidebars yet). Can your team recommend any that will work smoothly with the Mellow GeneratePress theme?

Any and all direction is very much appreciated.
