Can these types of Menus be achived with GeneratePress?

Hope all is well. I'm wondering if the following type of (multiple) menus can be achieved with GP Premium theme given there are so many different types of header menus already - question is any way to combine 2 or even 3 on the same page (desktop/tablet) ? Perhaps some help with code/css in a child theme that would help me achieve this?
Example:

There is a theme called BuddyBoss that works with a Forked version of BBPress/Buddy Press that has an awesome menu system and styling for the forked free version called BuddyBoss Platform - it would be great if you could pass this on to TOM to review and see if that functionality could be implemented.

Hi there,
the horizontal header could be acheived with:
a. the Top Bar widfget area for adding the Search widget
b. the Navigation set as Header with sitcky navigation enabled:

the vertical slide out is more complicated.
Tom done something similar on the Slide out site in the library:

Doing the both together would require custom development.

Thank you for the detailed and speedy response. Perhaps it would be a great idea to do a training series for all your base on how to achieve this and other cool solutions with GP :) Tom, Thoughts? :)
The reason I reached out is because I noticed Slideout (would love to see some documentation on how this is done, updated, etc) and that all other menus are there. Just having them show up site wide template.
