[Resolved] Can Not Remove Sidebar from Specific Page

GP Premium, both addons (elements and disable elements) are active. In the elements video on your premium page of main site it shows turning off the sidebar at the 18 second mark.
This is done in a metabox at the bottom of the page, I do NOT have that metabox at the bottom. I do have a non-Gpress table of contents plugin showits its’ options at the bottom of the page.

How do I make it so I get the sidebar metabox at the bottom of the page (so I can turn off the sidebar for this one page)

Are you using the Gutenberg editor?

yes using Gutenberg.
Those layout options I want ARE on the right as you pointed out and NOT at the bottom, thanks! resolved
(still getting used to Gutenberg, keep forgetting to look on the right)
