Please check out here and advise. Thank you November 26, 2021 at 2:04 pm #2024949 LeoStaff Customer Support Hi there, Not sure if I understand. Why should it be hidden? November 26, 2021 at 2:26 pm #2024996 Karsten Hi Leo, on mobile view there is one optin field above the image and one option field below the image. I would like to hide the one above the image. If so, just add the addtional CSS class hide-on-mobile to that container block: https://wordpress.com/support/adding-additional-css-classes-to-blocks/ Let me know if you need further assistance ๐ November 27, 2021 at 3:37 am #2025878 Karsten Yes, this procedure works. Thank you But I don’t understand why I could not use this knobs for this funcionality? November 27, 2021 at 6:55 am #2026115 DavidStaff Customer Support Hi there, that option should work – it may have been a caching issue, if you can try disabling cache/optimization plugins and then retry that method. November 27, 2021 at 7:38 am #2026168 Karsten Hi David, yes, you are right. I have deactivated WPRocket and now I the knobs are working again. What do you recommend now? I think I need WProcket for better performance or not? November 27, 2021 at 10:46 am #2026610 LeoStaff Customer Support We don’t use WP Rockets ourselves but it shouldn’t be an issue either – just need to make sure the caching is cleared after making changes. Here are our optimizing tips: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/configuring-autoptimize/ November 27, 2021 at 11:46 am #2026662 Karsten hmm, unfortunately clearing the cache didn’t work properly. Do you use any other caching plugin instead? November 27, 2021 at 12:05 pm #2026681 LeoStaff Customer Support No – we just use Autopimize as suggested above. You can check with WP Rocket’s support team to see if they can comment on the issue – might just be a setting you have to turn off. November 27, 2021 at 12:06 pm #2026683 Karsten ok, fine, thank you Leo November 27, 2021 at 12:07 pm #2026685 LeoStaff Customer Support No problem ๐ Author Posts Viewing 12 posts - 1 through 12 (of 12 total) You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
