[Support request] Can not get GeneratePress to come up in theme library

Hi!!

I have been trying to get this website up, but have not been able to even access the theme. Is there anyway that we can download the theme outside of wordpress? How do I get to the theme library as it will not show on my site.

Please disregard! Now the real issue is that the theme is not working, even after disabling all plugins. It is not rendering properly. Are there any next steps? We have launched the website, all information exists but upon the themes activation all styling is lost as well as menus.
