For the first section with the full-screen carousel and transparent header/navigation, you can do something similar with the header element module:

Just a follow up on your suggested solutions for my original post, which have been great, I'm almost there.

I have managed to make a full page video hero using the header Element with a merged and sticky nav. I have also made a section that has the same height as the browser view with a background image and an id for smooth scrolling. The problem I am getting now is that the section does not scroll up to the very top of the browser view, behind the logo and navigation links. Is there anyway I can do this?

Thank you for responding today. I'm sorry, I did not post an anchor link, above, as I am working locally. The smooth scrolling works, but stops short at just under the header logo and menu.

I will sort out some screen grabs tomorrow or on Tuesday.
